Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering and technical consulting projects from award through closeout in The Woodlands, TX. The role coordinates engineering resources, client expectations, scope, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within scope.

The PM is responsible for creating the operational structure, project controls, financial visibility, risk identification, and timely escalation, while maintaining technical authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven project management experience preferred, incl. budgets, schedules, risks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning from award through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule and milestones.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, inspectors, analysts, and subcontractors to deliver on time.
• Monitor budgets, labor hours, expenditures, change orders, and forecast cost to complete.
• Manage client communications and risk, escalating issues as needed.
• Ensure QA/QC processes and deliverables meet contract requirements and client expectations.
• Close out projects with complete documentation and lessons learned.
