Job summary

ANS is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive design and engineering scopes for large, complex projects from initiation through completion. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Lead cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate client communications, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance. A background in renewable energy and piping experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; PMP preferred.
• 5+ years in project management for large construction projects.
• At least 1 year exposure to the solar industry.
• Experience with piping system commissioning is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and PM tools.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA 30hr certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for project execution on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive deliverables to completion within timelines, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor project financials and provide early warnings for cost variances.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring transparency and contractual alignment.
• Provide progress updates and KPIs tailored to client needs.
• Manage scope adjustments while safeguarding project integrity.
• Implement standardized processes and monitor regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Apply lessons learned to improve outcomes.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies; respond to challenges to minimize disruption.
