Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or five years of progressive engineering leadership in hospitality.
• Proven experience supervising 3–5 years and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership, project management, budgeting, and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and building systems across boutique hotels.
