Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to support daily Engineering operations across our Key West hotels. You will lead the engineering team, assign work orders, and ensure preventive maintenance aligns with safety and brand standards.

This role requires HVAC, electrical, and plumbing expertise, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to operate CMMS while maintaining guest safety and comfort. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years in hotel or building maintenance with hands-on supervision preferred.
• Refrigeration/HVAC certification and EPA or journeyman-level certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Engineering team activities and assign work orders.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and safety standards to ensure guest experiences.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure timely repairs across hotel facilities and equipment.
