Cresta seeks a Lead Engineer, AI Agent Voice Experience to drive real-time voice AI systems from research to production. You’ll innovate across speech-to-text, TTS, and voice decision workflows, while optimizing latency and reliability in live customer conversations.

You’ll collaborate with researchers, product, and platform teams to translate models into measurable business impact, mentoring engineers along the way.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, math, ML, or related field.
• 5+ years building and deploying ML systems in production.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with voice AI, NLP, or speech tech is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy real-time voice ML systems.
• Improve voice AI quality with error analysis and data curation.
• Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with platform and backend teams to productionize inference.
• Mentor engineers and help shape Cresta’s voice AI roadmap.
