Your Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Technical Manager.
• We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead / Project Engineer to join our engineering team.
• As Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of specific projects.
• You will have previous experience of leading a team of engineers, ensuring the technical quality of engineering deliverables, contributing to the design and development of complex systems and solutions.
• Your excellent communication skills will assist in the mentoring of junior engineers and the collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Profile:

• As an experienced lead / project engineer you will:
• Ideally be qualified to HNC Level.
• Be experienced in full plant maintenance.
• Be capable of leading, planning and managing end-to-end projects.
• Be an experienced People Manager and team player.
• Have Contractor Management experience.
• Have knowledge and experience of 5S, Lean Method Manufacturing and best practice implementation.
• Manage risk and cost-benefit analysis.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools and techniques to improve product development.
• Have experience with Maximo, SAP, BMS, MIS & Microsoft.
• Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Have a flexible working approach - possible weekends and European travel.
• Assist with the leadership and development of the engineering team.
• Possess excellent communication skills, liaising with team leaders, engineers, operators and other stakeholders to meet customer needs.
