Job summary

KODA Technologies Inc. seeks a Principal Engineer to oversee target-system payloads and countermeasure development.

You will advise the program office on prime contractor designs, technical plans, and instrumentation layouts, ensuring timely delivery and technical integrity across milestones. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with multiple organizations, model teams, cost analysts, and schedulers to maintain schedule and performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field required.
• 12+ years supporting missile defense or large-scale DoD programs.
• Experience managing end-to-end program lifecycles (development, testing, fielding).
• Security clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight of payloads and countermeasure development.
• Act as technical anchor across program milestones from requirements to product acceptance.
• Lead cross-organizational collaborations and TIMs for technical inquiries.
