In this role, you will create design solutions for the design development of various reactor structures and components for the Natrium Generation IV Reactor. Candidates must have extensive experience in equipment design. The Lead Engineer will report to the Reactor Enclosure System Component Manager. The Lead Engineer will work as part of a high functioning team of engineers and scientists focused on developing the design of next generation advanced nuclear reactors. The Lead Engineer we are seeking is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in ASME Section III nuclear design. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and certifying Design Specifications (DS) and Design Reports (DR) in accordance with ASME Section III requirements, as well as supporting licensing, compliance, and customer deliverables.
