Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Lead Engineer - Full-Stack (Remote) to own the architecture and delivery of full-stack solutions and guide a distributed engineering team. This role focuses on AI-first engineering, across Angular/C# API codebases, and emphasizes BFF design and scalable web/API layers.

You will drive technical roadmap decisions, lead code reviews, and improve CI/CD, observability, and production readiness while collaborating with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams.
