Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific field with 6 years' experience, including either industry or industry/education.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific field with 5+ years' experience, including either industry or industry/education.
- Ph.D. or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific field with 2+ years' experience, including either industry or industry/education.
Responsibilities
- Lead in improving, designing, and optimizing complex tests and reporting results.
- Support project teams to optimize device design using CAD, FEA, and optimization.
- Analyze data to create and validate computational models.
- Present analysis results to stakeholders and publish internal reports.
- Identify and resolve issues in design of parts and subsystems.
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 5%.
