Job Summary

Designs and builds company-specific enterprise application systems and provides technological expertise across multiple disciplines. Applies key principles such as stability, scalability, performance, security, and reusability to ensure a balance between tactical and strategic solutions. Considers business problems end-to-end, including people, process, and technology, within and outside the enterprise. Promotes industry and enterprise technology standards and monitors emerging technologies for potential application. Adheres to design, development standards, methodology, and framework within architectural compliance and governance.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Develops software through hands-on coding to meet business objectives.
• Practices and leads software and application development methodologies according to standards.
• Designs and develops software applications or systems (Web or Mobile) for specific business or processing problems.
• Gathers business requirements and develops conceptual and technical designs for multiple projects concurrently.
• Reviews system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations to assess feasibility of requested changes.
• Conducts peer reviews to ensure standards and quality.
• Responsible for quality delivery and participates in build vs. buy evaluations.
• Leads architecture and design discussions following development standards.
• Provides architectural expertise to technical teams and business partners.
• Supports system performance, budgeting, and planning for application systems/services.
• Ensures system stability and scalability activities are performed.
• Aligns with project methodologies and change management processes.
• Organizes, manages, and leads cross-team project tasks and deliverables.
• Designs and builds enterprise-level application systems.
• Presents solutions for technical peer review committees.
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration, communication, and leadership across the organization.
• Provides constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on technical implementation experience in mid to large IT enterprise environments.
• 5-6 years of IT technical experience with enterprise infrastructure.
• Industry certifications are preferred.

Pay Range: $88,453 - $206,981 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
