Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer – Agentic AI Engineering to own and operate the enterprise agentic AI platform, including reliability, governance, and security. You will drive production-grade AI services, multi-agent orchestration, and cost-consciousFinOps across the stack.

You will lead a small engineering team, mentor staff, and collaborate with Data, Security, Architecture, and Operations to deliver scalable AI solutions for a major live entertainment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software or platform engineering, shipping and operating production systems at scale.
• At least 2 years building LLM-based apps, with production agentic systems on Bedrock or similar.
• Strong Python, Terraform and modern CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of the enterprise agentic AI stack and platform reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain production AI agents and multi-agent orchestration.
• Manage agent lifecycles, including versioning, evaluation, and monitoring in CI and production.
• Ensure security controls, privacy, and governance alignment across pipelines.
• Define reusable templates and reference architectures for enterprise AI services.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data engineering, and operations teams.
