Job summary

MTU Maintenance Fort Worth is seeking a Supervisor – Engine & Module MRO to lead daily operations on engine lines and module shops, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality maintenance. You will manage 10–25 technicians, coordinate with planning, engineering, quality and training, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, FAA-regulated environment.

The role covers disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly and testing.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills suitable for collaboration across levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach.
• Proficient with MS Office and technical data systems (ESM, AMM, SBs).
• FAA A&P license preferred; Powerplant license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, assembly, and test tasks for engines and modules.
• Assign work to technicians based on qualifications, workload, and schedule.
• Monitor workflow, remove bottlenecks, escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, OEM/MRO standards and quality manuals.
• Manage shift handover and continuity across shifts.
