Qualifications

• 10+ years in development and qualification of energetic components.
• Experience with gy and propellants testing preferred.
• Ability to interpret government regulations for energetic devices.

Responsibilities

• Own energetic components across the full product life cycle—from requirements to qualification.
• Design and analyze energetic components and propellants; support manufacturing.
• Plan and execute development and qualification testing; analyze data.
• Prepare and present test plans, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
