Medical City Plano, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Lead Endoscopy Technician to guide the GI/endoscopy team and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

You will lead the team, prepare rooms and equipment, support providers, and foster a culture of infection control and continuous improvement on the unit. Additionally, you will mentor staff, coordinate with nurses, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements on the unit.

Formación

• Endoscopy Technician experience required.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for patient care.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment per infection control guidelines.
• Support providers and nurses during procedures while ensuring patient comfort and privacy.
• Train new team members on equipment and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams to keep everyone informed.
