Job summary

Resolute Health Hospital in New Braunfels, TX seeks a Lead Endoscopy Technician to oversee and support GI procedures, ensure high-level disinfection, and coordinate daily endoscopy unit operations.

The role includes mentoring staff, providing technical assistance during procedures, and maintaining regulatory compliance to achieve departmental goals. BLS certification required on hire; 3+ years of endoscopy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Endoscopy Technician.
• Preferred leadership or team lead experience.
• Active BLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead endoscopy technician, supporting GI procedures and instrument care.
• Ensure high-level disinfection and maintenance of endoscopic equipment.
• Coordinate daily operations of the endoscopy unit and mentor staff.
• Provide technical assistance during procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
