The ideal candidate has a California J.D. and bar admission, 5+ years in employment law, and strong skills in research, writing, negotiation, and client advocacy.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of California.
• 5+ years of employment law experience; plaintiff-side preferred but will consider new bar admittees.
• Strong understanding of California labor and employment laws, including FEHA, CFRA, FLSA, and PAGA.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong negotiation skills and commitment to client advocacy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and opposing parties.

• Manage a full caseload of employment matters and develop litigation strategy from filing through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions; take and defend depositions.
• Lead mediation strategy and negotiations; drive settlements aligned with firm valuation models.
• Maintain strong client communication, set clear expectations on case value and timeline.
• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate with litigation support, paralegals, and intake.
