• Holds a JD and active bar membership in good standing in the US.
• 12+ years of litigation experience, including employment and complex civil/commercial matters.
• Strong knowledge of state/federal employment law and civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of employment litigation, single-plaintiff and class/PAGA matters.
• Lead complex civil/commercial litigation from pre-litigation to appeal.
• Oversee e-Discovery workflows, matter management, and external counsel.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on litigation risk and policy enforcement.
