Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 6–8 years of experience in internal communications, brand marketing, recruitment marketing, corporate communications, or a related field required.
  • 6–8 years of experience in content writing, publishing (including newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, blogs, and social media articles), or a related field required.
  • 6–8 years of experience in employee communications platforms, social media platforms, digital tools, or a related field required.
  • 6–8 years of experience in managing executives, projects, and stakeholders, or a related field required.
  • Short-form video production skills are preferred.

  • Develops and implements advanced employee communication tactics for high-visibility initiatives and organizational change efforts.
  • Consults with senior stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable messaging for diverse employee audiences.
  • Develops and executes multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Applies data-driven insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Mentors team members by sharing expertise, resources, and guidance on complex employee communication challenges.
  • Researches and pilots emerging tools and methodologies to enhance communication reach and engagement.
