Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
  • 6–8 years in internal communications, brand marketing, recruitment marketing, or related field.
  • 6–8 years in content writing, publishing (newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, blogs, social media).
  • 6–8 years in employee communications platforms, social media platforms, digital tools.
  • 6–8 years in managing executives, projects, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements advanced employee communication tactics for high-visibility initiatives and organizational change efforts.
  • Consults with senior stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable messaging for diverse employee audiences.
  • Develops and executes multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Applies data-driven insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Mentors team members and explores emerging tools to enhance reach and engagement.

Champions innovative employee communication practices, ensuring content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with the organization’s core values. Enhances the impact of employee communications by applying advanced analytics and industry insights to continuously refine approaches.
