Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience with employee benefit plans.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and DOL requirements.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in audits of employee benefit plans.
• Manage multiple audit engagements including planning and completion.
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements for compliance.
• Communicate with clients regarding audit requests and timelines.
• Train and mentor staff and provide feedback on performance.
