Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with internal combustion engines and exhaust gas aftertreatment systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with state‑of‑the‑art engineering tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to customer sites and on‑site work.
• Proven project management capabilities across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute exhaust gas aftertreatment development and validation at customer sites.
• Support system commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Analyze and resolve technical challenges encountered by project teams at customer locations.
• Communicate technical data and recommendations to INNIO stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovation and support IP creation for INNIO.
