Job summary

The role emphasizes test automation, cross-functional teamwork across Global counterparts, and delivering robust solutions while traveling up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer or Mechatronic Engineering, or ABET-accredited technology degree.
  • 3–5 years in aftertreatment engineering in Automotive or Commercial Vehicle industries.
  • 3+ years interpreting regulations and developing control strategies.
  • 3+ years using MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and development.
  • 3+ years programming to automate data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, validation, and release of aftertreatment OBD control strategies.
  • Interpret emissions and OBD regulations for US and international markets.
  • Assess performance and emissions margins from test data and durability fleets.
  • Lead test and report automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and budget inputs; manage cross-functional activities.
