Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) seeks a Manager, Product Management for Emerging Technology in Orlando, FL. You will lead a team of product managers, own roadmaps, business cases, and executive narratives for AI‑driven Ecommerce and related initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years of product management experience, proven leadership, and the ability to align across engineering, design, and business partners across time zones. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing and employee-facing products, digital only and hybrid experiences, hardware and/or software delivery.
• Direct experience leading and developing teams or equivalent experience leading cross-functional product initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Experience with iterative test-and-learn processes, POC development, and production-level delivery; familiarity with an R&D environment.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to back business cases and influence prioritization decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at an executive level.
• Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional, agile teams.
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with strong personal initiative.
• Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and manage multiple concurrent priorities across Commercial Intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers; align through cross-functional partners.
• Business Case Development and Technology Strategy: Own the roadmap for Emerging Technology’s Commercial Intelligence efforts.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee ideation to initial launch and handoff for Emerging Technology.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent initiatives in cross-functional and leadership forums; build relationships with engineering, design, and business partners.
• Metrics & Measurement: Establish KPIs and report outcomes to leadership.
• Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver executive summaries and risk/status updates.
