The Lead Product Manager will report to the Manager, Product Management.
The Lead Product Manager is responsible for the standards, planning discipline, and delivery quality of the products across the Experience Access portfolio. The role carries its own delivery accountability along with functional leadership expectations for the team, without direct reports.
The Lead Product Manager defines product requirements for new features and capabilities, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, go to market execution, and ongoing support. This role helps execute the feature roadmap, solves complex problems with creative solutions, and ensures our products are successfully delivered, adopted, and operationally supported. Much of that scope sits in the integration work we share with other DXT teams.
Key areas of focus include leading our content scope as a product, including its strategy, standards, tooling, and process; raising the delivery standard across our core products from sprint to sprint and quarter to quarter; and flexing onto incoming work, owning the integrations and changes our products need to adopt.
Across all areas, this role is expected to leverage existing technology. That means using it to drive insight and efficiency, building tools that unlock additional performance, and maintaining the context layers that technology tools, agents, and workflows depend on to be effective.
