Job summary

Disney Experiences in Orlando is seeking a Manager, Product Management – Emerging Technology to lead a team delivering commercial intelligence and operational efficiency improvements. You will own the roadmap, build business cases, and craft executive narratives for cross-functional partners across the organization.

You will guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, define KPIs, and communicate insights to leadership while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management delivering customer-facing and employee-facing products.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Experience with iterative test-and-learn processes, POC development, and production delivery; familiarity with R&D.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to back business cases and influence prioritization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional, agile teams.
• Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers focused on Emerging Technology initiatives.
• Own the roadmap for Emerging Technology’s Commercial Intelligence efforts—AI-driven Ecommerce & optimization.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and handoff.
• Engage with engineering, design, delivery, and business partners.
• Define KPIs & report outcomes to leadership.
• Prepare executive summaries and status updates.
