Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven technical leadership and deep hardware expertise.
• Skilled in compliance, test strategy, and high-level architecture.

• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define embedded system architecture across projects.
• Oversee electronics design quality, risk mitigation, and strategy.
• Lead client-facing technical discussions and negotiations.
• Mentor team members and provide technical coaching.
• Evaluate and implement best practices across the engineering team.
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
