Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, information systems or related discipline with progressive software development experience (12+ yrs with BS, 10+ yrs with MS, 7+ yrs with PhD)
• Strong technical, communication and interpersonal skills for interface with professionals and documentation
• Ability to work independently or in a team and obtain/maintain DoD security clearance
• Experience with embedded real-time fault-tolerant architectures a plus

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain flight-critical real-time embedded software
• Define project technical vision and decompose requirements into architecture
• Coordinate designs with other engineering groups to align with goals
• Mentor team members and provide input on program status, risks and direction
