Regal Rexnord is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead firmware development teams for servo drive products. You will shape priorities, coordinate roadmaps with Product Management, and guide major software efforts from concept through release.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of software leadership experience (project or people).
Experience with embedded software teams.
Ability to own backlog flow, feature planning, and cross-team execution.
Ability to guide architecture and major project execution.
Strong coordination between Engineering, Customer Support, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

Own software backlog priorities, technical direction, and release planning.
Turn product goals into development plans, stories, and execution priorities.
Partner with Product Management and engineers to coordinate product roadmaps.
Lead major software efforts for servo drive products, including scope and priorities.
Drive planning and requirements to build well-executed products.
Provide people leadership to embedded software engineers.
Promote collaboration between engineering teams during planning and execution.
Mentor early-career engineers in software development and engineering practices.
