Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and the CSNS Global Value Team.
• Support customers by listening to network and CSNS scope.
• Bring requirements and requests to the global value team.
• Act as point of contact for the CSNS team to the customer.
• Assist in budget planning and negotiating schedules with customers.
• Interface between customer and delivery team.
• Lead the global value team by presenting customer requests to the team.
• Prioritize requirements with the global value team.
• Ensure platform hardware and tools are in place for the team.
• Facilitate Release Planning with the customer.
• Be accountable for customer issues and feature enhancements.
