Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Staff/Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of the Qualcomm AI Stack, including QAIRT and Genie, for GenAI inference on Snapdragon platforms.

You will design core runtime components, optimize performance for low-power AI systems, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust AI software solutions. The role requires strong C/C++ skills, Linux experience, and a track record in debugging and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years (Staff) / 8+ years (Senior Staff) of software development experience; or Master’s/PhD with corresponding experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for Qualcomm AI Stack SDKs, specifically QAIRT and Genie.
• Design and implement core runtime components for inference on resource-constrained AI systems.
• Validate, analyze and optimize performance and accuracy of ML software.
• Debug complex issues and ensure high system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI software solutions.
