Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Teach a class of about 20 students in an integrated curriculum.
  • Commit to the academic and social mission of the school, differentiating to meet diverse needs.
  • Collaborate in designing and implementing an integrated curriculum.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with parents and caregivers.
  • Chaperone overnight and extended grade-level trips to support the teaching team and program.
  • Fulfill duties per the school’s Guidebook and code of conduct.
  • Keep anecdotal and assessment records to write student reports reflecting growth.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
