KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher for Barneveld Elementary, supporting elementary-aged children after school hours on school grounds. You will lead classrooms, mentor colleagues, and deliver our engaging curriculum to foster confident learners.

The role emphasizes partnerships with parents, center success, and community relationships, guiding students toward academic and personal growth in a nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; work with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
