Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Ga RN, RTR, Paramedic, RCIS, RCES, RRT, or ARRT; current BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide clinical direction of Invasive Lab personnel.
• Coordinate delivery of patient care and flow to ensure safe, efficient procedures.
• Oversee staff actions including hiring, evaluations, discipline, and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with unit policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and maintain documentation of meetings and initiatives.
