Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an experienced Field Technician to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and testing of electronic security and IT systems. The role requires strong problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to work safely at heights and in varying environments.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in electronics installation, HS diploma/GED with electronics training, and eligible for security clearance. Travel up to 25% and leadership potential are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years electronics installation/maintenance on multiple systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance (TS/SCI with polygraph).
• HS diploma or GED and electronics-related training or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Conduct site surveys, configure hardware/software, test systems for proper operation, and provide technical support to customers.
• Lead commissioning efforts and coordinate with owners and design teams; ensure safety and quality compliance.
