Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit. You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, testing and support for electrical and IT systems across federal, local and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years of electronics installation experience, and a valid driver's license. Strong communication skills and safety awareness are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems and customer programs.
• Requires a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configures hardware and software, conducts site surveys and tests systems for proper operation.
• Communicates effectively with MC Dean project teams and customers.
• Mentors junior team members in installation techniques and codes.
