M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 1 to join our Security and Electronic Systems unit. The role involves on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system testing for federal, local, and commercial customers across critical facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years in electronics installation or maintenance, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. We offer growth opportunities, training, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and 2+ years electronics installation/maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configure hardware/software, test systems, and provide technical support to customers.
• Maintain safety practices and participate in project meetings and walkthroughs.
• Mentor junior team members and document daily tasks using Infralink or similar tools.
