  • Materially support risk reduction planning, maintain decision matrixes, journalize development rationale information, and secure project artifacts using designated enterprise database tools and storage systems.
  • Lead and direct meetings onsite, in‑person, and remotely with various video conferencing tools.
  • Perform related or other supporting engineering work assignments as business needs require.
  • Travel infrequently to off‑site locations as needed (0-10%).
Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience working with electronics systems and electronics manufacturing.
  • Five (5) years of experience working with stage‑gate, structured product development environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, proven analytical and root cause analysis capabilities, advanced problem solving ability.
  • Able to present to Customers, Senior Staff, and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
We Value
  • Master's Degree in Engineering discipline or similar technical degree and 8+ years’ experience in Technical or Engineering discipline.
  • Experience working within the framework of requirement statements.
  • Ability to collaboratively work with and inspire technical teams to design and develop products using industry standard system engineering and project management tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrable self‑directed functional task management and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with operations and quality management within an AS9100 environment.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other standard office technology.
  • Ability to proficiently write and verbally communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and constraints, multitasking across different proposals.
