Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Lead Engineering Technician to support the Electronic Failure Analysis Lab within Materials Engineering. You will work onsite at our Clearwater campus and assist engineers with day-to-day tasks while following established procedures and using specialized equipment.

The role requires 5+ years with EEE components, a high school diploma or GED, and US citizenship due to contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of hands-on experience with Electronic, Electric and Electromechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Execute Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) of EEE components per MIL-STD-1580 and Honeywell standards.
• Perform equipment operation, electrical measurements, and dimensional checks.
• Interface with engineering to clarify work requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Document results and maintain laboratory data using Honeywell LIMS software.
