Honeywell Aerospace invites applications for an Electronic Technician II to lead a skilled team in assembling and testing electronic components and systems. The role focuses on daily operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement while maintaining production schedules and efficient workflows.

This position supports the 2nd shift plus mandatory overtime. Strong leadership and extensive experience in electronics are required to drive safety and performance in a high‑reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronic assembly and testing.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• An ability to suppot 2nd shift, plus any mandated over-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electronic technicians in the assembly and testing of electronic components and systems.
• Ensure all assembly processes are efficient and accurate, meeting quality standards and production targets.
• Provide technical guidance and support, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with other departments, train and develop team members, monitor production metrics, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.
• Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment.
• Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required.
• Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.
• Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.
• Disassembles, replaces parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.
