Job summary

IGT in Reno, NV, is seeking a hands-on assembler to support the manufacturing of Electronic Gaming Machines across production areas. You will learn to assemble products using hand and power tools, computers, and precise processes in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to stand eight hours, lift 50 pounds, and pass a security background check. Overtime and weekend work may be required as production needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow manufacturing process instructions.
• Ability to stand for a full eight-hour shift.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to pass a Security Background Investigation.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate self‑leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products used in the manufacturing of Electronic Gaming Machines.
• Work across production areas including Slot Machine, Sub Assembly, Used Manufacturing, and Lottery.
• Learn and follow established manufacturing processes and assembly instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly work.
• Use computers to review build requirements and close completed jobs.
• Apply fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination throughout the assembly process.
• Interpret manufacturing process instructions to accurately assemble parts.
• Perform work while standing for the duration of the shift, with bending and lifting as required.
• Work overtime and weekends as business and production needs require.
