Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking a Production Technician to support assembly and system integration in a fast-paced environment. You will work with electronic components, off-the-shelf parts, wiring, and circuit board assemblies, ensuring proper wiring and crimping techniques and reporting to the Production Supervisor.

The role requires 4–6 years in electronics assembly, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.

Formación

• 4–6 years in electronics or electromechanical assembly.
• 4+ years on electrical/mechanical assemblies.
• 3+ years in QC or sensor systems preferred.
• 4+ years with IPC/IPCA610 or related workmanship standards preferred (soldering, wire/crimp).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components per process documents and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools safely to complete daily tasks.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting with measurement tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and inform supervisors of improvements.
• Review documentation for accuracy and clarity; report discrepancies.
• Program and configure network components per build instructions.
• Provide training and mentorship to Assemblers and Technicians.
• Support failure analysis and root-cause investigations as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Production and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Ensure product quality by inspections and verification against requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
