Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking an Assembler IV to join our manufacturing team in Joliet, IL. You will ensure flawless handling of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and drive process improvements and new product launches globally.

You will lead troubleshooting, cycle counting, inventory management, and safety adherence, while supporting colleagues and contributing to a high‑standard production environment. This role demands attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics, computers, or a technical field is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic components by following detailed instructions.
• Proficiency in cycle counting and maintaining inventory.
• Familiarity with electronic circuits, components, and standard industry practices.
• Basic computer and electronics troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of ESD practices, lean manufacturing, and 6S techniques preferred.
• Highly responsible and diligent with an understanding of regulatory implications.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical support to other employees.
• Lead all aspects of process improvement and coordinate related activities.
• Operate a forklift to put away inventory, load and unload trucks.
• Report safety concerns and quality issues to Manufacturing Leadership.
• Perform accurate transactions within D365.
• Perform Monthly cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage inventory locations.
• Conduct complex tests on completed items to ensure satisfactory performance.
• Adhere strictly to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. employee handbook guidelines.
• Fully participate in company health and safety programs and align with all OSHA policies.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
