Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops software applications and PLCs for door control, video, and intercom systems.
• Diagnoses issues using test benches and resolves escalated system problems.
• Repairs and maintains electronic security equipment and related hardware.
• Creates installation instructions and manages sensitive incident records.
• Analyzes logs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Performs hands-on inspection of equipment and tests devices for usability.
