Job summary

W-Industries seeks an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a team delivering complex prefabricated electrical building solutions for industrial, utility, energy, and datacenter infrastructure. You will oversee engineering quality, resource planning, and technical compliance while coordinating with Project Management, Production, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or U.S. Military Prime Power School certification.
• 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with leadership.
• PE License (preferred not required).
• Experience with prefabricated electrical buildings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering personnel; direct reports up to 10.
• Serve as primary interface during customer design reviews and project discussions.
• Provide engineering design authority for NEC-compliant building designs and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with internal/external disciplines, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Production to align engineering deliverables with manufacturing.
• Manage schedules, scope, change management, and technical risk.
