Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to lead our Specialty Projects Division in Jacksonville, FL.

You will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and specialty markets, guiding a crew and ensuring safety and quality at every step. You should bring 2+ years of journeyman experience, strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Journeyman license preferred but not mandatory.
• High School Diploma required; technical training preferred.
• Industrial Electrician Trade Certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of conduit, wiring, panels, devices, fixtures on diverse projects.
• Lead routing and pulling of wiring through conduits and spaces.
• Supervise conduit installation with cutting, threading, bending and measurement.
• Direct mounting of boxes, fixtures, outlets, switches, and hardware.
• Coordinate trenching and underground rough‑in work as needed.
• Perform advanced terminations including panels and transformers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site; manage daily setup/teardown.
• Coordinate material loading and staging to meet schedules.
• Inspect tools and equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Foster collaboration among trades and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead by example in OSHA and company safety standards.
