Job summary

Universal Electrical Service, Inc. in Souderton, PA is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Lead to manage electrical crews on industrial projects. The role requires hands-on electrical expertise, advanced conduit installation and bending, and the ability to read plans, troubleshoot systems, and coordinate field activities.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure safety and quality workmanship, and mentor apprentices while delivering projects on time and within specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Experience leading electrical crews (Lead Electrician/Foreman) or similar role.
• Advanced conduit bending skills (rigid & stainless) and raceway systems.
• Experience in hazardous/classified areas with applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electricians and apprentices on industrial projects.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Read blueprints, one-lines, schematics, and isometrics; interpret project specs.
• Plan daily work, coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide hands-on training to apprentices and less-experienced electricians.
• Maintain jobsite safety and PPE compliance.
