Job summary

Ladder is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our growing team in the United States. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, safety, and delivering high-quality electrical installations on commercial and residential projects.

You will lead crews, read blueprints, and ensure projects finish on time and to code. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of electrical experience, leadership or foreman experience, and strong knowledge of codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical experience.
• Leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial/residential projects.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients.
