We Power America is hiring electricians for immediate openings across the United States. They seek journey level and supervisory level workers for high profile projects with great pay, guaranteed raises, and employer-paid benefits.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to codes and safety standards. Read blueprints, collaborate with engineers, and perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running. emergency response capacity is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using a range of tools.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards and regulations.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations and upgrades.
• Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems as needed.
• Follow strict safety protocols and collaborate with other teams.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Provide on-call emergency electrical support when needed.
