The role requires supervising a crew of 2–15, reading blueprints, ensuring code compliance, and delivering safe, on-time projects. A State Journeyman certification is required where applicable and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a lead electrician supervising a crew of 2-15.
• Experience installing, maintaining and testing electrical systems in commercial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of Building Codes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 2–15 on site.
• Assemble, install, maintain and test electrical equipment and wiring systems.
• Prepare work area for installation.
• Install components and connect wiring per code.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances per drawings or plans.
• Ensure safe and compliant operation with Building Codes.
